Do I need a Daraja (M-Pesa API) account?
No. You can accept your existing Till, Paybill or Send Money number: an Android phone forwards the M-Pesa confirmation SMS and payments are matched to orders automatically. If you have Daraja keys you can also use STK push.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on paid plans. Point your domain to us and HTTPS is set up automatically.
How do I pay for my plan?
By M-Pesa, bank or card, monthly or yearly. Enter the transaction code on your Billing page and it confirms instantly.
What happens if I pay late?
You get reminders before renewal and a grace period of 7 days after it. Your shop is only paused after that, and comes back the moment you pay.
Can my staff use it without seeing everything?
Yes. Give each person a role (sales, marketing, fulfilment…) or build your own with per-section permissions.
